In a statement issued to the London Stock Exchange, Frasers Group, which wholly owns GAME, slammed the business rates relief announced by Chancellor Rishi Sunak as part of the budget this week. The rates holiday for non-essential retailers in England ends in June 2021. This means that from the start of July, business rates, which are taxes on properties used for commercial purposes, will be discounted by two-thirds for nine months - up to a maximum of £2m if businesses are closed....

This feature, known as ‘Shared World’, allows players to create and “own” up to three shared worlds (hence the name) which will then be stored in the cloud. These can then be shared with friends and family to enable them to host that world “while you are not online”. In turn, each player can also have up to 50 worlds shared with them at any given time. In addition to this, Obsidian states that any player’s standard worlds can be changed to a shared world if they wish....

Ghostbusters VR Ghostbusters VR (working title, if you were wondering) brings the 80s movie classic to virtual reality as a four-player co-op adventure promising an “extensive and engrossing” spirit-bothering campaign. Players will need to track, blast, and trap ghosts as they protect San Francisco from the unearthly realm, with developer nDreams aiming to deliver “all the humour and frights from the beloved franchise” when Ghostbusters VR eventually arrives at some currently undisclosed future point....
Eville Eville is a multiplayer social deduction game from developer VestGames that’s coming to Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PC, and Game Pass on 11th October. It sees up to 13 players working together - or otherwise - in order to unmask Conspirators hiding in a village beset by murders. Those cast as Villagers must weed out the suspects by day, while those in the role of Conspirators can decide who should be bumped off next by night....
